As the renewable powerhouse behind We hae meat, WHM Renewables provides 100% of the operation’s factory heat, and 90% of factory electricity, from a Combined Heat and Power unit and roof mounted solar panels. The unit is powered purely by renewable energy sources – making We hae meat’s production amongst the cleanest in the country.

 

Now with multiple projects underway within the wider Cairnhill Group, WHM Renewables will seek to embed the best environmental practice into the Group’s future plans and operations. Not just to help Scotland and the UK reach its Net Zero targets, but to protect the planet and create a more sustainable future for all.
