Affordable Housing

The Cairnhill Gourp are planning to deliver 12 retirement houses which will be available for affordable rent to local people. They are currently working with partners and consulting with the local community to design and plan the area, which will become a beautifully situated neighbourhood that caters to the needs of retired people.

Collaborating with South of Scotland Community Housing, South Ayrshire Council, and the Scottish Government Rural Housing Fund to draft plans for what will become a first-class, specially designed retirement neighbourhood, nestled right at the heart of the Ayrshire countryside. The hope is that this will become a best-practice case study for retired people who want to continue living in rural areas of Scotland.
